PROMOTING AND PROTECTING FORB: A UN FOCUS

The United Nations takes a central role in fostering the liberties of religion or belief (FoRB) worldwide. Through legal approaches, the UN seeks to protect that individuals and groups can to exercise their faiths freely and free from discrimination. Moreover, the UN provides assistance to states in strengthening their legal and institutional syst
